Harold is an excellent coach. He gives you everything you need to get set up for your specific goals!! It’s the best training and nutrition information I’ve ever received, and I can attest that it is 100% accurate from my own experience with Harold. I would highly recommend his services whether you’ve been in fitness for 6 months or 6 years. I have prior knowledge on training and nutrition, but I have learned so much more valuable information through the program!!
