About Coach Harold

For almost 10 years, I’ve dedicated my life to the fitness industry, immersing myself in everything from exercise and nutrition to stress management, sleep routines, and supplement intake. Fitness is more than just my career—it’s my passion, and it's a lifestyle I live every single day. I’ve made it my mission to share my knowledge and experience to help others achieve their best selves, and I’m here to guide you on your own journey.

Amazing trainer with a firm yet personal approach. Coach is very easy to connect with And strengthen your physical practices. I've known Harold as a trainer since around 2019. He's a good guy and a nice trainer. Puts a lot of emphasis on practical tips for weight loss and training. The facility where he trains is laid out very well and offers a lot of variety. If you already have a gym membership somewhere else you may have to join this gym as well for the access. I'd always suggest Harold if someone is considering a personal trainer.
