For almost 10 years, I’ve dedicated my life to the fitness industry, immersing myself in everything from exercise and nutrition to stress management, sleep routines, and supplement intake. Fitness is more than just my career—it’s my passion, and it's a lifestyle I live every single day. I’ve made it my mission to share my knowledge and experience to help others achieve their best selves, and I’m here to guide you on your own journey.

I want to sincerely thank Harold for working with my 20 year old son. My son has been training with Harold for a month now to prepare for his college basketball season & can confirm Harold is one of the best in the business. I love that Harold not only physically trains him, but also works with him on mental toughness and nutrition. Understanding how to take care of your body for longevity, which is sometimes hard to get a 20 year old to understand. Love having not just another trainer, but a positive voice to reinforce not just sports and strength training to my son, but long term wellness as well. I’ve had an excellent experience training with Coach Harold. He is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating and genuinely invested in helping clients reach their fitness goals. Every session is challenging, supportive, and tailored to one’s needs and progress. His positive attitude and encouragement make workouts enjoyable and keep anyone training with him motivated to stay consistent. Not only is he a skilled trainer but he is also very funny and makes me laugh and smile all the time with his jokes and great sense of humor.
