It’s the best training and nutrition information I’ve ever received, and I can attest that it is 100% accurate from my own experience with Harold. I would highly recommend his services whether you’ve been in fitness for 6 months or 6 years. I have prior knowledge on training and nutrition, but I have learned so much more valuable information through the program!!

I loved working with Coach Harold. Upon meeting him , he was very kind , knowledgeable and straight to the point with everything. He demonstrated professionalism throughout the whole process and gave me tips during our 30 minute session at Eos.
